At Saranga Ayurveda LLP, we accept refund or replacement requests only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. To initiate a request, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and provide supporting details such as photos and invoice number. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify. Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original payment method. We do not offer refunds for personal preferences, allergic reactions, or change-of-mind purchases. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
